Let's play detective by paying attention to what you hear yourself saying (in thought or word) and observing all you’re doing.
We want to get a handle on some of your subliminal inner messaging. When you don’t like what you’re signaling or a “story” you may be telling, then deliberately, patiently, and lovingly craft a counter measure (a new phrase or story) to immediately put to use. Continue until the day arrives when you no longer find yourself being your worst critic, but rather, your best friend.
Oh, this takes a lot of practice! Why? Because our thoughts, words and actions should match for our dreams to come true. Awareness is the key!
If we are want abundance, it is just right to match it by how we react to things, by what we say to others about ourselves, by what we say to ourselves when we are on our own and by how we act and react to circumstances.
By always saying "I need this and that", "I lack...", "I am poor", "I cannot afford", what are we really declaring to the universe? A shift of thoughts maybe necessary to align our innermost desires to who we are deep within.
Now, I understand why we are to think first before we speak, to make sure that the words that will come out of our mouths matches that which we want to be.
Can we do it? I think little steps will get us somewhere. I say, everything is possible if we do.
